The Explore the Leader in You Award recognizes individuals who have participated in the international competition organized by GELP. These Award winners will have an opportunity to visit Canada and engage in an immersive leadership program including co-curricular learning, experiential learning, academic learning and adventures. By attending these programs, delegates will have the opportunity to demonstrate the relevant skills that have been achieved through reflection and active participation. Through this program, students gain valuable insights and tools to better serve their aspirations and communities, fostering personal and leadership development.

- Persuasive Fundraising Pitch: The candidates exhibited ingenuity, proactiveness, and feasibility while delivering a fundraising presentation detailing a structured strategy to generate a predetermined sum of money for the chosen cause.
- Recognized as one of the top 2 award recipients globally who were selected through a multi-level selection process.
